About the event
We know its early and you should be sleeping! But climb out of bed and come and join us to experience the joys of the Dawn Chorus. Ian will be able to help us identify a variety of birds that will be  either establishing and defending their breeding territory, trying to attract a mate or calling in the flock! So if you want to know your Yaffle "yell" from your Bum-Barrel "beeep beep" come and join us - and we'll be finished in time for breakfast too!
Sorry, but unfortunately NO DOGS at this event - even the best behaved dogs disturb the birds. We will have plenty of other events where you wll be able to bring your dogs
Equipment:
• An early alarm!
• Warm clothes - early mornings can be chilly!
• Strong shoes and a walking stick - it can get slippy on the hill!
• Binoculars
• Birdsong app such as Merlin will help you identify and record the sounds!
• Your favourite hot drinks and snacks for after the walk
Timings: We will be leaving from outside of the Cafe at sharp 05:00for a 5:15 start, to be in the best position for when the "show" starts!
Cost:Â Free - but donations will be gratefully received!
